Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully repackage your Howard Miller product in its original shipping materials, ensuring all pendulums, weights, and accessories are securely fastened.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a freight pickup for larger furniture items.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item for damage, we will process your refund to the original payment method, typically within 7 to 10 business days.
